By accessing Flexipixel nodes, you agree to these operational parameters. Unauthorized data scraping or injection attacks will result in immediate IP blacklisting.

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, design systems, and data structures are the exclusive property of Flexipixel Group.

3. Liability Disclaimer

Flexipixel provides data "as is". We are not liable for investment decisions made based on our predictive infrastructure.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in Amsterdam courts.
